Which Samsung Galaxy S model should I choose? 

The S Series stretches from the older S21 (2021) through to the latest S25 (2025). Newer models bring faster chips, brighter displays, and improved camera processing, but each generation back from current still delivers flagship-class performance. The S23 and S24 hit a strong value point on refurbished: full flagship cameras and displays at significantly lower prices than buying new. The S21 and S22 are budget-conscious entry into the S Series, with the trade-off being older chipsets and shorter remaining software support.
What's the difference between standard, Plus and Ultra? 

Across each S generation, the three variants differ in size, battery, and camera. The standard S has a 6.2-inch screen and a triple-lens camera. The Plus has the same internals with a 6.7-inch screen and larger battery. The Ultra is the top tier: a 6.8-inch QHD+ display, additional telephoto lens with longer optical zoom (up to 10x on the S24 Ultra), built-in S Pen support, and titanium frame on recent models.
Has the previous owner's Samsung account been removed? 

Yes. Every refurbished Samsung Galaxy S sold at Sell Phone Store has been factory reset and signed out of any previous Samsung account, Google account, or Find My Mobile activation. The phone arrives ready to set up as new with your own credentials. This is equivalent to iCloud Activation Lock removal on an iPhone - any device-level account locks are cleared before the unit ships.
Is the S Pen included with refurbished Galaxy S Ultra models? 

For the S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra, S24 Ultra and newer Ultra models, yes - the S Pen is built into the body of the phone and is included with every refurbished unit we sell. The earlier S21 Ultra did not have a built-in S Pen slot, though it supports an external S Pen sold separately. The standard and Plus S Series models do not have S Pen support.
